About Us

The Industries and Association is working on a mission mode to improve the quality of management education in the country. Asia Entrepreneurship Skill Associations in its Tia ups for approved Curriculum a major initiative for Add-on curriculum as a major reform for improving quality of technical & Management education of AICTE approved institutions in the country. While JBMs have already set up a sterling example in this regard, a clear majority of the Management Institutions are still left behind. In order to rectify this situation, among other things, it was decided during AICTE’s 107th Executive Committee meeting held on 31.5.17 to take up a quick Add on of the Integrated Curriculum of Management Program so that the add on Model Curriculum for MBA ,BBA,PGDM and B.Com would be made available to all Management Institutions across the country.

Vision

The Integrated curriculum focuses on the alignment of MBA/PGDM/BBA/ B.Com program curriculum with department/institute’s mission. The Add-on curriculum emphasizes an intensive, flexible core in management education with large number of specializations and electives including second generation courses. The core courses of MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com programs are comprised of six key learning outcomes that every employer seeks in management talent. This is a unique feature of the Integrated curriculum. This curriculum is designed & developed in such a way that there is a path to suit everyone i.e. full of flexibility and autonomy for department/institute to package the courses to position their MBA/PGDM /BBA/B.Com program. Overall, an attempt has been made to connect theory to practice and equip MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.com students to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry.

Mission

Emerging Employability & Entrepreneurship: The start-up India and Employability initiatives are encouraging the youth towards entrepreneurship & Employability. The new technology platforms, disruptive technologies are challenging the current management education. Therefore, in the backdrop of the fast disruption and changing scenario, management program (MBA ,PGDM,BBA,B.Com) needs to be revisited and revised.

Overview

☑ The Course is about various facets of Retail sector. It also covers various functions like Operations, store planning, Marketing and use of latest technologies in Retail.
☑ Course Duration: 9 Weeks Class Room & 2 Weeks live and Field work
☑ Course Pre-requisites: Candidate eligibility criteria: 10 + 2

Program Structure & Marks

The Programme structure and Marks for MBA ,BBA, PGDM, B.Com are finalized based on the Company and candidate performance needs and general structure of the programmes.

Note- Minimum number of class room & Internship marks for program should be 20 marks .(Final Exam According to the Reliance retail)
